Industrial Generator Sets
Iveco has a range of industrial configuration generating sets suitable for various applications (emergency and self-generation) possibly customized according to customers’ specific
needs.
Particularly, by acquiring 2HE company, Iveco has widened the range of products and services to customers by designing and implementing turn-key plants for refineries and oil platforms, in
addition to first intervention unit groups and UPS units. Iveco has been present for years in the sector of generating sets equipped with natural gas, biogas and biomass engines; gas units are used
in various applications both for generation and co-generation.

Power Rating Classification:
- Prime Power (P.R.P.) - Prime power is the maximum power available during a variable power sequence. It may be run for an unlimited number of hours per year, between stated maintenance intervals. The permissible average power output during a 24 hour period shall not extend 65% of the prime power.
- Limited Time Running Power - The limited running power is the maximum power which a generating set is capable of delivering for up to 500 hours per year of which a maximum of 300 hours is continuous running, between stated maintenance intervals. It is accepted that operation at this rating will affect the life of the set.
- Maximum Stand-by power - Power available for use at variable load for limited annual time (500 hours), within the following limits of maximum operating time: 100% load - 25 hours per year, and 90% load - 200 hours per year.
