• The FP Diesel brand of Federal-Mogul new replacement parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacture, under normal use and service
• Federal-Mogul coverage will extend a full 24 months from the date of installation in an engine regardless of mileage or hours.
• Federal-Mogul will cover (replace free of charge of pay for) all labor and parts needed to repair the warrantable failure, including progressive damage to the engine concerned.

Conditions of the warranty are:

1. Federal-Mogul must be notified by the customer before filing a warranty claim
2. all warranty claims must be in writing and Federal-Mogul reserves the right to examine every single engine or part subject to a claim under this warranty
3. Price of parts will be based on the FP Diesel brand current price list or other accepted suppliers at Federal-Mogul’s option.  Cost of labor will be of reasonable hourly flat rate (overtime or holiday rates are not accepted).

The warranty is also subject to the following limitations:

1. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any FP Diesel brand part altered from its original specification (including but not limited to alterations in packaging and/or markings) or which has been misused, exposed to weather conditions, negligence or damage by accident
2. This warranty is provided solely to direct customers of the FP Diesel brand and not any other party. It is the only agreement or obligation of Federal-Mogul. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
