New Series C Models for Cummins and Detroit Diesel Engines
To minimize replacement element inventory, simplify filter changes, and reduce filter disposal cost, a large number
of fleets have begun to specify trucks with one fuel filter/water separator rather than the traditional two filter primary and secondary application. To insure proper filtration is installed to protect their fuel systems, Cummins Engine Company and Detroit Diesel have released minimum filtration and water separation requirements. To comply with these requirements, Racor offers three new Series C units. The specific part numbers, flow rates and performance data are listed below. Depending on the mounting location, the Series C also functions as a cooler to reduce fuel temperature. |
